These Terms govern your use of the GlobVoice WhatsApp marketing platform, operated by WENSLink Private Limited. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (or the legal entity you represent, the “Customer”, “you”, “your”) and WENSLink Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having CIN U80900AS2019PTC019435 and its registered office at Maa Commercial Complex, NH-15, Bechimari, Darrang, Assam - 784514 (“WENSLink”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of the GlobVoice platform (the “Service”).
By creating an account, signing in, accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance by email and in-app banner. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
1. Nature of service
GlobVoice is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service platform that enables businesses to send and receive WhatsApp Business messages using the official Meta Cloud API, build AI-powered chatbots, run marketing campaigns, manage contacts and segments, and analyse engagement.
WENSLink is a technology service provider and intermediary within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. WENSLink is not a telecommunications operator, mobile network operator, payment system operator, financial institution, legal adviser or healthcare provider. The Service facilitates messaging over Meta's WhatsApp infrastructure; the underlying message transport, delivery, throughput and pricing are controlled by Meta Platforms, Inc.
The Service is provided strictly for lawful business use. It is not intended for personal, household, or non-commercial use, and is not intended for industries or use cases prohibited by Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
2. Account registration
2.1 Eligibility
To create an account you must be (a) at least 18 years of age, (b) competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, (c) acting on behalf of a registered legal entity or sole proprietorship, and (d) not barred from receiving services under applicable law.
2.2 Credentials
Authentication is by Google OAuth and/or WebAuthn (passkey). We do not store passwords. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and registering at least one passkey for backup. Notify us immediately at support@globvoice.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
2.3 Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep that information current. We may suspend or terminate accounts found to contain materially false information.
2.4 Business use only
One natural person may sign up on behalf of one or more businesses. Workspaces are tenant-isolated; sharing credentials across distinct legal entities violates these Terms.
3. Subscription plans and pricing
GlobVoice is offered on the following plans. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), exclusive of GST, and apply per workspace per month. Conversation fees charged by Meta are billed separately at cost.
- Free - ₹0/month
25 outbound messages per month, 1 WhatsApp number, 1 user, basic chatbot, community support. Suitable for evaluation. - Starter - ₹999/month
Higher monthly outbound quota, up to 1 number, up to 3 users, campaign templates, contact segments, basic analytics, email support. - Pro - ₹2,499/month
Increased quotas, multiple numbers, up to 10 users, AI chatbot with smart routing, voice transcription, multilingual responses, advanced analytics, flow builder, sequences, public API and priority support. - Enterprise - ₹4,999/month
Highest quotas, multi-agent inbox, white-label agency mode, Shopify and CTWA integrations, webhooks, custom SLA, dedicated account management.
Exact feature inclusions, message quotas, contact limits, and number of seats are described on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Plan changes that materially reduce a paid feature within a paid billing period will be accompanied by a pro-rata credit or refund.
4. Payment terms
4.1 Payment processor
Payments are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited, a Reserve Bank of India regulated Payment Aggregator. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).
4.2 Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
4.3 Taxes
All prices exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST will be added at the prevailing rate (currently 18%) at the time of invoice. Where you provide a valid GSTIN, invoices will be issued under the B2B rules.
4.4 Meta conversation charges
Meta charges per conversation initiated under its conversation-based pricing model. These charges are passed through to you at cost, without markup, and shown as a separate line item. Meta's rates are set by Meta and may change without our control.
4.5 Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry per Razorpay's standard retry schedule. If payment is still outstanding seven days after the renewal date, we may downgrade your workspace to the Free plan or suspend access. Suspended accounts can be restored on payment of the outstanding amount, within 30 days, without data loss.

Refund and cancellation rules are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. WhatsApp Business API terms
5.1 Meta policies prevail
Your use of WhatsApp via GlobVoice is also subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Business Terms and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any Meta policy, Meta's policy prevails with respect to message transport and account access.
5.2 Opt-in requirement
You may only send messages to Recipients who have given prior verifiable opt-in in a manner that satisfies Meta's policies and applicable consent law (including Section 6 of the DPDP Act, 2023 and the TCCCPR, 2018 where applicable). You must retain records of consent and the source thereof.
5.3 Template approval
Outbound marketing and utility messages outside the 24-hour customer-care window require pre-approved templates by Meta. We facilitate submission but the approval decision is solely Meta's. We make no warranty as to approval timeline or outcome.
5.4 Quality rating and rate limits
Meta assigns each WhatsApp Business Account a quality rating (Green, Yellow, Red). A reduced rating will lower throughput. If Meta downgrades your rating, restricts your account or revokes your access, we may pause outbound sending without liability.
5.5 Pass-through
WENSLink is not responsible for outages, suspensions, policy changes, pricing changes or template rejections by Meta. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material Meta-side events and to assist you in resolution.
6. AI chatbot terms
GlobVoice provides AI chatbot functionality powered by third-party large language models. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated responses are automated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated or otherwise unsuitable.
- AI responses are not professional advice of any kind (legal, medical, financial, regulatory, tax or otherwise). You must not configure the chatbot to offer such advice without appropriate human oversight and qualified review.
- Accuracy is not guaranteed. WENSLink does not warrant any particular factual quality of AI output. The Customer is solely responsible for reviewing AI outputs, configuring the system prompt, monitoring conversations and intervening where necessary.
- You must not use the AI chatbot to generate, distribute or store content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise prohibited.
- AI providers may apply their own usage policies; violations may cause your messages to be blocked.
7. Acceptable use policy
You agree not to use, and not to permit others to use, the Service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or messages to Recipients who have not given verifiable opt-in.
- Send content that is unlawful under Indian law or under the law of the Recipient's jurisdiction, including content that is obscene, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, or designed to facilitate illegal activity.
- Harass, threaten, intimidate or doxx any individual; promote hatred or violence against any group; or otherwise violate human dignity.
- Engage in financial fraud, phishing, pretexting, identity theft, fake-job scams, gambling promotions targeting jurisdictions where prohibited, pyramid schemes, or pump-and-dump promotions.
- Send messages on behalf of any business segment expressly prohibited by Meta's Commerce Policy or Business Messaging Policy.
- Exceed the message-volume limits, throughput caps or recipient limits of your subscribed plan, or attempt to circumvent quota enforcement.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, probe vulnerabilities outside the scope of our responsible-disclosure programme, scrape data at scale, or use the Service to build a competing product.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code of the Service, except to the limited extent permitted by Indian law.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of pre-paid fees, and reporting to Meta and to relevant authorities.
8. Data ownership
As between the Customer and WENSLink, the Customer retains all right, title and interest in and to (a) account data submitted by the Customer, (b) contact lists uploaded by the Customer, and (c) message content sent and received under the Customer's workspace (collectively, “Customer Data”).
The Customer grants WENSLink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, transmit, display, process, modify (only to the extent technically necessary to render formats, generate analytics or invoke AI inference) and otherwise use the Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. This licence ends on deletion of the Customer Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Customer represents and warrants that it has all rights and consents necessary to upload Customer Data, including verifiable opt-in from each Recipient.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including the GlobVoice software, codebase, design, user interface, documentation, trademarks, logos and the “GlobVoice” and “WENSLink” brand names, is owned by WENSLink Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, WENSLink grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the subscription term.
Feedback, suggestions, ideas or improvements submitted to WENSLink by you may be used freely by WENSLink without obligation or attribution.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of AI output, uninterrupted operation or freedom from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of WENSLink, its directors, officers, employees and agents, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, regardless of theory of liability (contract, tort, statute or otherwise), is capped at the total subscription fees actually paid by the Customer to WENSLink in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Meta conversation charges are excluded from the calculation of this cap.
WENSLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, data or reputation, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WENSLink and its directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, suits, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- your Customer Data, or our authorised use thereof;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of Meta's policies, the DPDP Act, the TCCCPR or any other applicable law;
- messages sent through your workspace, including messages sent to Recipients without verifiable opt-in;
- your infringement of any third-party intellectual property, privacy or publicity right.
WENSLink reserves the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense.
12. Termination
12.1 By the Customer
The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time from the dashboard or by writing to support@globvoice.com. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. See the Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
12.2 By WENSLink
WENSLink may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately and without refund where:
- the Customer materially breaches these Terms;
- the Customer breaches Meta's policies in a manner that puts GlobVoice's WhatsApp tech-provider status at risk;
- payment is overdue beyond the cure period in Section 4.5;
- continued provision of the Service would violate any applicable law or order of a competent authority;
- the Customer engages in conduct that exposes WENSLink or other Customers to legal, security or reputational harm.
12.3 Effect of termination
Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease, outstanding fees become immediately due, and we will retain Customer Data for 30 days for export, after which it will be permanently deleted (other than data we are required by law to retain).
13. Dispute resolution
13.1 Amicable resolution
Before initiating any formal proceedings, the parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms amicably by negotiation in good faith for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date one party gives the other party written notice of the dispute. Notice shall be sent to support@globvoice.com with the subject line “Dispute Notice”.
13.2 Jurisdiction
If the dispute is not resolved within the said 30-day period, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mangaldoi District Court, Darrang District, Assam, India, and any competent courts having appellate jurisdiction thereover. Notwithstanding the foregoing, WENSLink reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information or platform integrity.
14. Governing law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
15. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, its obligations under these Terms (other than payment obligations) to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labour disputes, internet or telecommunications outages, failures of cloud or upstream providers (including Meta, AI providers, Razorpay and our hosting provider), or cyber-attacks that overcome industry-standard defences. The affected party shall notify the other promptly and use reasonable efforts to resume performance.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the DPDP Compliance Notice, the Security Statement and any order-specific terms (such as enterprise order forms) constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written. No waiver of any provision is effective unless made in writing. The Customer may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; WENSLink may assign these Terms in connection with a corporate transaction.
