Refund & Cancellation

This policy explains how you can cancel a GlobVoice subscription, when refunds are available, and how plan changes are handled by WENSLink Private Limited.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”) is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. In case of conflict between this Policy and the Terms with respect to refunds and cancellations, this Policy shall prevail.

All amounts referenced are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your GlobVoice subscription at any time directly from Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or by emailing support@globvoice.com from the email address associated with your account.

  • Access continuity: after cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • Auto-renewal off: we will not initiate further renewal charges through Razorpay.
  • No partial refund for unused period: we do not issue partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle, except where eligibility under Section 2 below is satisfied.
  • Data export: you may export your contact lists, campaign reports and message logs from the dashboard at any time before final deletion (30 days after closure).

2. Refund policy

2.1 First-subscription cooling-off period

You are eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee if all of the following are true:

  • The refund request is made within 7 (seven) days of your first paid subscription on GlobVoice.
  • No outbound WhatsApp messages have been sent from your workspace during that period.
  • No Meta conversation charges have been incurred.
  • The request is made by emailing support@globvoice.com from the registered account holder's email.

2.2 After the cooling-off period

No refunds are provided after 7 days from the first subscription, nor if any outbound messages have been sent from the workspace, irrespective of when the messages were sent.

2.3 Renewal payments

Subscription renewal payments are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

2.4 Processing time

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method through Razorpay within 7 to 10 business days. Actual credit to your bank account, card or UPI may take a further 2 to 5 days depending on your bank's settlement timelines.

2.5 Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, grant a goodwill refund or a service credit in cases of (a) a verified outage or material service defect attributable to GlobVoice, (b) a billing error on our part, or (c) a duplicate charge. Goodwill refunds do not create a precedent and do not modify this Policy.

3. Plan downgrades

You can downgrade your subscription plan from Dashboard → Billing → Change Plan.

  • Effective date: downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You keep your current plan's features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • No mid-cycle refund: we do not refund the difference between the higher plan and the lower plan for the current cycle.
  • Data preservation: data that exceeds the new plan's limits (such as additional contacts, campaigns or users) is preserved in read-only mode for 30 days from the downgrade effective date to allow you to export it or upgrade again without data loss. After 30 days, the excess data may be removed or made inaccessible to bring usage within the lower plan's limits.
  • Upgrades are immediate and are billed on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

4. Free plan

The Free plan is offered at ₹0/month. Because no payment is made, no refund is applicable. You may cancel a Free plan workspace at any time from the dashboard; data deletion timelines under the Privacy Policy apply.

5. WhatsApp message credits & Meta charges

Conversations initiated under Meta's conversation-based pricing model incur charges set by Meta. These charges are passed through to you at cost and billed alongside your subscription.

  • Pre-purchased message credits (where offered) are non-refundable once issued, because the underlying cost has been or will be settled by us with Meta. Unused credits remain available until the credit expiry shown at the time of purchase.
  • Meta conversation charges already incurred are not refundable, even if you cancel within the cooling-off window. These charges are billed in arrears against actual conversations Meta has counted.
  • We are not responsible for changes to Meta's pricing or category classification. Estimates shown in the dashboard are indicative only and not a guarantee.

6. Disputes & chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@globvoice.com within 7 (seven) days of the charge appearing on your statement. Include your account email, the transaction reference shown by Razorpay and a brief description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days.

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer or bank. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending dispute resolution.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute to your satisfaction, you may escalate per Section 13 of the Terms of Service.
